Stainless Works Corvette 05-08 Headers 1-7/8 in. Primaries X-Pipe with Cats- (C605178HCAT)
2005-08 Chevy C6 Corvette headers, 1-7/8" or 2" primaries. All tubes are CNC mandrel bent for optimal flow. Made from 304 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance. 3/8" thick CNC laser-cut flanges. Headers flow into a 3" x-pipe and center section. The long tube design makes great power and fits the undercarriage perfectly. They come with O₂ extensions, stainless steel clamps, oil cooler lines, compression fittings, zip ties, cable clamps, etc. They are designed to fit the factory 2.5" dia. xle-back connection point.
Stainless Works Header Kits are built from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel. Our headers are TIG welded for strength and durability at our state-of-the-art facility in Streetsboro, Ohio.
